1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please:

  • Provide your order number, photos of the damaged product, and a description of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.

6. Shipping Costs
  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards or promotional codes.
  • Clearance or sale items (if stated as final sale).
